The hotel arranged a smooth airport pick-up. It was really convenient. check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was professional. i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of a specially made coffee.
the music was loud all night long with frequent microphone announcements. it was hard to get good rest before my flight, and it stopped late.

the staff were very helpful and attentive; they quickly addressed any concerns. the airport shuttle service ran on time, providing a direct connection to the terminals. i also noted the availability of currency exchange at the front desk.

I was not happy when I realized the gym only has a few pieces of equipment. There are only two treadmills and one stationary bike. the Wi-Fi was unstable at times, a problem since I needed it for some work (I had a deadline).

my room had robes provided. the hotel had a free airport shuttle after checking out. i stayed in a large room and it was super clean. the shower was excellent too.
the music was loud all night and it made constant announcements.

the location is very convenient, near the airport. the airport shuttle service was great and efficient. i found the staff amazing (especially the receptionist).
